Bollywood Garam: Seems like even the makers of the movie ‘Gandhi to Hitler’ did not know what to convey to the audience through it. It was obvious that even the audience could not get the idea of the movie.
The involvement of Gandhi seems as if it would be about world peace and then suddenly some sympathy is shown towards Hitler. On one side Hitler is shown to be a great patriot he was and on the other side Gandhi is seen disheartened by his ways.
No particular direction has been chosen for the movie in terms of message. Just for a change a small love story of Hitler has also been narrated which involves his mistress, Eva Braun.
Raghuveer Yadav, who plays the role of Hitler has failed to impress the audience with his portrayal of the character. The movie has several moments where the idea clashes between Hitler and Gandhi have been shown. There are also possibilities that the movie may not even be interesting for those few people, who are curious to know about Hitler and Gandhi. Right from the beginning the movie fails to grab attention. Actress Neha Dhupia, who is seen in a very small role, also seems lost.
Gandhi to Hitler is good for those who want to get bored.
